Todd came to our house the day after I called Empire. He was plesant and made the purchasing process easy and straight forward. Pricing was initially very close to our local carpet store who we've had a 30 year relationship. Todd wanted to know what it would take to get our business and I said "your very best available price". After a phone call, the quote came down about 20% and the deal was sealed.installation occured the next day and went vey well. We're happy with our deciaion and the end result.
