Repairman has not shown up for (4) scheduled appointments - Kenmore HE2plus

Our washing machine has been broken for 2 months. We have had 7 schduled appointments and Sears has not shown up for 4 of them. My wife and I have both taken multiple days off of work, asked others to wait for us, and after they call to confirm the appointment, no one shows up, no one lets us know, we just sit and wait for nothing. There has been no constructive help from the call center or supervisor personel, all they will do is set up another appointmnet a few more days down the road, and then no one shows up again and the cycle keeps going. I need to know how they let this happen continually and stay in bussiness. After 2 months, washer either not working at all or vibrating so bad that it walks all over the laundry room. The claim the vibration is because it is installed on a wood floor, bit it has been there for 4 years without a problem. Have yet another appointment on Wednesday to look at it if anyone shows up. How much lost bussiness and vacation time are we to invest and still not have anyone show up?
