Noise complaint

I've been residing in my apartment going back 4 decades. Going back 2 yrs i've a premature woman that resides above me with her partner, child which is really a few yrs old, along with a pit bulldog. I've never experienced the disruption actually within the last 12 years of me surviving in a house bldg. At the moment i've made numerous complaints for the manager's office, and today i've shifted towards the legal department. Of the bldg operator. I've send pictures because of my kids awards falling-off their ledge and are actually damaged. This can be a prize that can't be replaced. My son and that i arrive home everyday around late-evening, all week and attempt to rest and prepare for 24 hours later. Daily we notice fighting, arguing, a young child that runs backwards and forwards until all times of the evening, domestic violence that we can hear through the ground, that will be celing to my house.in addition to the pit bulldog getting trained aswell. Besides i've the premature mom that exists there and has been informed 2 times from the legal dept., and next occurs she only starts making more sound, stomps on the ground tome it is almost intentionally. My boy attempts to research, he maintains a 98 average, and that i function. At the moment i'm it's very unjust, and harmful. I've read in nycis rights like a tenant that it's been proven this is harmful. I lately approached protection that they have addressed it using the tenants upstairs so when he was completed talking to them, i'd him come downstairs and see the result of them beign faced about that noise problem. I've spoen towards the legal department. Today and they stated that they can consult with a director in the bldg., in addition to her boss, and obtain back tome. The options that were asked of the legal dept., was to provide her a move or me a, that we certainly experience i should not need to go myself, she must be removed and get comfortable in another house. I also asked how long this method will need to return to me on the consequence and also the lefal dept., mentioned they did not understand. The legal dept., was informed that i'll be calling back and making reviews as necessary once the sound seems. I will also be calling 911 after i feel it's increasing. I'm trying to construct a powerful case meaning i'm providing a lot of energy to being comfortable in my house. Which is unhealthy for me that has diabetes and high blood pressure. Please someone give me some advice...
