I rented a home in Fairborn Ohio from Jan Miller at Remax. It turned out to be a BIG MISTAKE! Everything was fine untill I moved out. Jan would say "talk to the landlord" the landlord would say "talk to Jan" They both lied to me and it was obvious Jan Miller only cared about keeping the landlord happy. Needless to say I was screwed out of part of my deposit. I rented the house on Mapleridge Dr. Before you rent, TAKE PICTURES the landlord and Remax (Jan Miller) lied then stole part of my security deposit. Landlords name was Anna Davis. BEWARE of renting frrom either!
