Carelton Carelson - Remax Agent And Slum Lord Front Man who lures and pressures perspective tenants into entering a lease which the landlord Lory David McStroul and his flunkie alias Bette Jameson will violate and not return deposits

Carelton Carelson proclaims to be "helping out a friend who is on vacation" wh en he takes applications and deposits from perspective residents.

Peering over his glasses, Carelton, is pushy by claiming he has other applications, and insists deposits need to be paid immediately to hold the apartment/home. He also attempts to lengthen the terms of the lease. Don't fall for it!!!

Carelton then washes his hands of the dirty lease handing it over to Bette, who is conveniently on vacation again when it comes time for 30day notice and 'walk thru'. Bette never does a beginning or final walk thru. (always do your own 'walk thru' and put things in writing.) Bette disappears. The landlord Lory McStroul refuses to return deposits on his rodent infested property claiming "you need to talk to Bette", because he does not know the condition of the apartment. Bette will not return phone calls and does not even work for Remax.

At this point Carelton refused to have any way to contact the landlord or his 'agent'. Carelton took his percentage off the top, from the deposit.
