Getting a Pre_Qualification

I represent Buyer's purchasing an REO property. The listing indicated they needed a B of A pre-qualification. They called Cindy Guffin @ the B of A Mortgage office in Chandler, AZ and asked that she return their call. When they did not hear back we submitted our offer with a pre-qualification from their personal lender. On 12/21 we were notified that our offer was selected by the bank. On 12/23 we were notified our bid was "kicked" out of the system (Equator) for lack of a B of A pre-qualification. My clients have called the 866 #, awas told NOT to fax the required documen until they talked to the local office. On 12/28 we have tried contacting Cindy Guffin, Kimberly Lynch VP), Brian Schmidt, Cheryl Stowell and William Harper. Still no one has returned our calls. Time is of the essence here. My clients do qulify - we just cannot get B of A to talk to us. I know the Holidays are busy for everyone, but this is no way to do business.
