Need Money Inc. Did not return any calls or notify me in any way after they rec'd my personal info!

I was contacted by Need Money Inc. (Maurice in particular) stating that they could refinance my first & second mortgage. I paid $300 for an appraisal. I submitted all the "required" documents which contained all of my personal info. After Need Money Inc. Rec'd my info, I had to call them to follow up. I spoke with "Claudia" & she was VERY RUDE stating that I should hear something within 4-8 wks. (This was in early October) I have contacted this office & left several msgs with absolutely no response. Their website is down, noone will answer the phone. I have faxed inquires with no response since October '08!!! I've left Alan Stahler-CEO numerous msgs with not return call. I've notified the BBB & they have not rec'd a response either! It's like they fell off the face of the earth. If they have gone out of business, they should have notified their clients.!!! Please if need money inc contact you about refinancing your mortgage don't do any business with them. they are scam artists & frauds!!!
