Service Nightmare

The owner of this company takes no responsibility if something goes wrong. His answer is I did my job. He's a Window broker and sells and sets up installation, be careful if you need to place a service call, he will not repsond for weeks hoping the problem will go away. I've been waiting now 7 days for the installer to call me back because of improper seal on my bathroom window. The owner was actaully upset that I called him back to inquire when I would see a service man. He's the greatest guy before he gets the sale, but once you paid him good luck, Buyer Beware. The mfg he represents is pissed off at him for his tactics.
