Siding work

I had siding put on my home in November. I wanted to used Sears for their long standing reputation and since they have been around so long. There were some problems with the finishing work and the workers. I complained and gave Sears a chance to make it right and I am very glad I did. They came back, did the work over to my specifications and I am completely satisfied now. Life is not perfect and neither are people. I find that if you give people a chance, they will do all they can to make it right and Sears did. They came through with flying colors and I am very happy that I had them do the siding on my home now. I will go back to Sears. The salesman for my siding was absolutely wonderful and made the sale for sure. His name was T. Lokay. He is an excellent salesman and should get a raise. After my complaints, B. Smith took over the project and was amazing. He brought a man in from West Virginia and he finished the work perfectly. There are times things may go wrong, but if you look at the bright side, give people a chance and businesses. I think Sears would make a great stride if they started an apprenticeship program for young boys who perhaps do not want to go to college. Everyone can't be a brain surgeon and we need good young American Men to do our work. I am very pleased with the final product and I am glad I went with Sears and they followed through without dropping the ball. God Bless you Sears and thank you for coming through for me and not disappointing me. Dee in the executive office escalated my complaints and put up with me complaining very nicely and I appreciate her listening to me without copping an attitude like so many young ones do these days. I have signed off on my work being done and it is in the mail. I will come back to have further work done on my home by Sears, provided I can continue to do things in this terrible economy. I will recommend you to others, but keep in mind the things I complained about and work on those issues. God Bless you, Mrs. P. Manski
