Trial Period completed and no Permanent Modificaiton

I had been supplied a-6 month test interval using the guarantee that LENDER OF AMERICA can give me a lasting change. It's been annually but still nothing has come through so far as a lasting change. I got the paperwork to a lawyer and was informed this was just an arrangement to pay for costs also it wasn't a change. I'm still expecting for anyone to reply my demand to obtain my change. Somehow, they keep altering the individual responsible for my mortgage. The maintenance division is much better off if we continue spending their fees, apart from purchase our stability about the home loans. They earn more income providing the loans like a change doesn't gain them. I had been not able to obtain a change plus they proceed to approach paperwork towards foreclosure. They're thieves within the obvious!
