It's apparent that Lender of America doesn't wish to use people, they train there customer support reps to lay and provide the customer the run-around.in November of after I named there mortgage loan modification division and informed them there is an opportunity of impending standard they informed me that I qualified for that change plus they were sending the change bundle out in my experience. Lastly I skipped my cost in January, one cause I really could not and two that perhaps it'll obtain interest... It did okay... Since that time I'm being hounded by their Mortgage Guidance office. Nowadays may be the 8th of March and that I have now been getting risks os foreclosure calls from there mortgage guidance division atleast 15 times each day however the bundle has nevertheless not appeared. There repetitions kept showing me it's been shipped and re-deliver by Fedex... Where's this challenging bundle. Now I called again as well as their consultant informs me the bundle was never sent.
