We moved into one of their properties and were ready to call it quits less than 6 months later. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and late when it comes to ANYTHING. One of our outlets shorted and melted, causing our home to lose power and it took them over 36 hours to fix. We lost over $200 in groceries which they refused to reimburse. If you're renting or buying, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company
