Slum Lord! Renters / Buyers beware! Does not tell you what you need to know till too late

Rented a mobile home from this person; I pay the electric. Ms Seaton failed to tell me part of electric for house next door (that she is also renting) is connected to my meter. She also fails to tell you all the repairs place needs & lets you discover on your own; like broken furnace ducts that let all the heat out UNDER the home & therefore you get an electric bill for $448.00 for one month. Of course after I found out the neighbors were using my electric, she said, " well don't get upset, they only use about five dollars a month." HOW can she know this? According to power company, its more like half of my bill.

Then the refridgerator went out & before she replaced it two days later, all food in freezer had spoiled (even though I tried to keep it covered in sink with ice from store). When I ask her to pay for the groceries, she pulled out a box & started taking my groceries from the refridgerator & the cabinets. When she went out to put the first of several boxes she intended to take, I locked the door on her & called the police. They said she has to pay me for the groceries she took but that I may have to tkae her to court to get it.

I told her I would not stay another month & will move as soon as I can find a place, she refuses to refund the last months rent & the deposit. Now she is saying the deposit is for my cat; which in the lease she wrote she was not charging pet deposit. The 2 properties are for sale & I pity the sucker that buys it!!! Because unless they have an inspector working for Them, they will get ripped off!!! Moving back to Arkansas as soon as possible.
