Didn't fix the heat, didn't fix the paint, didn't fix smelling carpet, roof leaked

I was looking for an apartment, found information about MetroWest realtors from online website. They said the apartment they are renting is new and never been lived in. Asked for first month rent last month rent 1 month deposit. When i moved in i noticed apartment was not new, walls had black stains, the fridge wasn't clean. Then i soon noticed heating wasn't working in the bedroom. Made many calls to them but he never returned the calls. When i wanted to leave a message i would hear a promt "the mailbox is full".

A rude maintance guys showed up and said heating problem cannot be fixed. Then after a few days the roof started leaking. I call them they came next day but said they cannot do anything and the roof leaked untill all the snow had melted. The carped become went and started smelling the roof and walls had water marks. He kept on saying he will fix it but never fixed any thing. The guy and all his staff are lairs and completly unprofessional.

The carpet is still smelly, the wall is still stained, the heating problem is still there. Never ever buy or rent from these guys. I am stuck with two months worth of deposite. Spent money in moving and bought stackable washer dryer specificllay for this aprtment now just wish i had move to someother place
