2nd mortgage nightmare

I applied to truly have a second mortgage with Ditech that was never an issue however it has turned into a headache because it was absorbed by Natural Pine, in regards to a year before. I never obtained proper info of the move till following a month it occurred that I criticism. Based on their documents I've been per month behind on my funds since. I no further possess a house telephone number so today they've began to frighten me at the office.

I received a note from their store yesterday 5/4 urgently requesting my belated payment that was due on 5/1. When I call to complain and tried to fix the problem they stated that my loan was on collection and proceeded to chew me up and demand payment. And of course they previously attempted to include make me buty their house insurance and jack-up my regular despite the fact that I curently have insurance. I cant stay doing busines together and that I understand they're simply hurting me.
