Faulty appraisal fee

Chase submitted an appraisal and charged me for it on a property i am not approved to buy yet!!! I rightfully ask someone refund $395 immediately.

Who runs an appraisal on a property that you haven't been approved for?!

This is thievery and i will not stand for it.

I will call everyone possible, go in person as many times as i need to, email the whole world, contact every news agency and media oulet, and do whatever i need to do to have this done right by me.

This is really appalling considering i have been with chase since i was old enough to have my bank account.
