Appraisal Fee Charged for Property Buyer Not Yet Approved to Buy

Chase submitted an appraisal and charged me for it on a property I am not approved to buy yet!!! I rightfully ask someone refund $395 immediately.

Who runs an appraisal on a property that you haven't been approved for?!

This is thievery and I will not stand for it.

I will call everyone possible, go in person as many times as I need to, email the whole world, contact every news agency and media outlet, and do whatever I need to do to have this done right by me.

This is really appalling considering I have been with Chase since I was old enough to have my bank account.
