Is well over a year that i was trying to speak with a chase loan officer at a branch in Hanmilton nj i spoke twice the loan program keep changing so i was trying to talk to her but to speak to her i had to call the branch mgr Ms. Casey otherwise she will never call me she just told me that my property had less than 20% equity and Chase will not refinance and other excuses too many to be listed unless i stop paying the mortgage than we see! I did this a few months ago and to day i called Chase a nasty employye told me " if you have in your bank account a total of 3 mortgage payments nothing can be done he told me to short sale the property i called 201-225-3980 thats the number that suppose to help but with that attitude they make you sink President Obama talks but banks dont listen they pick and choose who can help in USA is called DISCRIMINATION
