I've 3 Grievances: 1st: Have new administration. Experienced likely since February. I request the administration many times to provide a duplicate of my rent. Well, I simply started using it in September of the year. Discovered I had been overpaying for lease $20.00 bucks. I'd purchased for their interest. And so I settled my lease and published them a notice informing them that im subtracting $160.00 from my lease of over-payment. Therefore, I approached the aged administration plus they settled the $160.00. New administration explained that my lease was overdue after I offered them the $160.00. That I'd to pay for late fees. Our lease wasnt late. 2nd: Water Bill - We've been without water many times within the last a few months. Today, 12/7 i have no hot water. I've to boil water to have a bathtub. They deliver the citizens a water bill each month to pay for. And charging us added for as numerous rooms you've. And so I have 2 rooms plus they charging me $65.00 per month additional. 3rd: They're remodling the exterior of the flats. They smashed my doorway, 14 days today. I've named them 4 occasions in the future and repair it. It wont lock and that I don't feel secure. They still havent repair the doorway. I had been informed today 12/7 that it was going to be set. No. I dont wish to stay here anymore. I'm like they don't worry about there citizens.
