I hired out of this organization for small over annually also it was a headache!!! Problems for example leaking toilets gates sticking and never to say them losing 2 of my lease checks! Named directly into obtain the bathroom mounted and obviously STEVE mentioned "well-can you repair it?" Exactly What The heck?! I settled him rent-to keep up with the home not ME. Next, I got locked-out of my home since the primary doorway might adhere continuously. Named John again and he mentioned he'd not have the ability to emerge to repair the doorway before following day! Where was I guess to rest?!? In my own vehicle? No I CREATED them come and repair the doorway. Finally, was the lease assessments. They just provide you with a choice to send it to some PO Box no actual address. The very first check they dropped I changed it and settled about 200 in late fees. Next I delivered all my lease check licensed to ensure these were delievered from the 1st. I sent in my own one month notice to leave and also to my surprise they reduce my last weeks hire! Which they'd not talk with me to pay for it personally since I have got a-3 day notice. After shouting at them to meet up me, then subsequently deposit the check they "never got" which had an end pay onto it. To top it when they evicted me due to their mistake!!! They've inexpensive rents and good qualities, however they "free" or dont "get" their email in a regular way from their p.O. Container, consequently causing you to spend 200-300 in costs along with your lease. Obviously my last weeks lease went from 745 to 1500!!! I contact this compant horrible and unfortunate.
