Agents Gave Wrong Information And Left Me To Fix It

None of the agents spoken to had a grip on what was required to fix the problem and no one communicated to me that I was given wrong/incomplete information.
I was expected to do the work to fix the problem. I had to demand that they do the phoning and they still didn't get it right.
