I purchased a dishwasher from Lowes in for our second home... I called to schedule a repair under my warranty and they refused to do so unless I have the model number... I explained it is for a summer home 1 1/2 hours away and do not have it on hand here at this home. They refused to schedule a visit to repair unless I have the number!!!
