After studying the grievances about wells fargo and quickenloans I imagine I will simply stay with wells fargo. I've been spending my mortgage together for three years ona 15yr fixed. Accelerate loans must rename themselves SlowPoke loans. Its been a few months now. And some days prior to the planned final they inform me they require my spouse to sign a record. The thing is, my spouse is in Spain expecting US authorization to immigrate. Issue 2 is I purchased the home like a "single-man." I had been not committed three years ago. The home is my "individual home." The problem is one i explained to QuickenLoans within my first discussion together a few months before. Obviously these were not hearing. Today they demand that my spouse signal some document also it should be notarized in the US Embassy in Lisbon. It's my "individual home of course if they browse the regulation on the web it ought to be obvious. But its not. They've had a few months to inform me this, but wait until per week prior to the final.
