My partner and that I have experienced a mortgage through Wells Fargo for that previous three years. This past year we attempted to refi our mortgage to get a fixed-rate FHA mortgage - it had been six months of only stress. No conversation, nobody appears to understand what the thing is, our broker was frequently out and nobody could assist us.

Wells Fargo delayed us and place us off the whole period. Lastly, they stated our credit rating decreased and we were refused. Evidently, whenever a person efforts to obtain their loans refinanced it'll influence your credit rating - when they may wait a choice long enough. Till our rating decreased we were informed anything was good with this credit - the primary wait was in obtaining among their appraisers available to check out the home. Not only any appraiser woudl due. We shall never cope with Wells Fargo again - terrible support!
