Not reporting my mortgage with them on our credit reports

I've had many mortgage businesses as our home loan continues to be offered repeatedly through the years. The final organization is Wells Fargo. Simply discovered lately and established that they're not confirming our mortgage on our credit history that will be influencing our credit score. We've never, actually skipped a cost because we started spending on our home in 1996. All prior mortgage firms have now been on our credit history. Spoke to Wells Fargo and in the end was stated and completed they stated that I'd require a lawyer to acquire addtional info. What an outrage. I noticed on RipOffReports.com site they have around 1300 claims against them. Other people having an identical issue together not confirming towards the credit companies? And when therefore, exactly what do I actually do to repair it? Must I simply refinance and eliminate Wells Fargo entirely? Cheers.
