Bad service, Rude staff

If your looking to be insulted, and have your property run into the ground. Call Jupiter Management!

However if you don't like mean people telling you to "Just shut up!" when you have a problem, or a complaint. Then maybe you should find another company. I'm not sure in what world is the customer never right... It must be Jupiter Managements world!

We had rats in our buildings for years (extermanator showed us), before we could force them to do anything! They always had excusses, it's not rats, it's something else. When finally a dead rat showed up inside a unit, they tried to hide it! We had to force them to get someone?! Good to know the property manager cares about our health and well being... Rats!!!

Then they did what the extermanators told them not to do! So now the rats are coming back, and we already spent thousands to get rid of them?! These guys are worse than just bad, they work at being bad!

Their main guy "Steve" has all the ethics of snake, he is rude, he yell's at his clients when they have problems with the property (he has done this to me a few times).

He goes out of his way to make sure our community is at the mininum standards. We pay a lot to get the mininum?! Think they will be any different to you... They won't...

Anything that needs to be done, doesn't get done. Unless you force them to do it! Cause it would be a shame if Jupiter Management wasted their profit, on what we hired them to do! They cater to the contractors... Who cares about the home owners? Not Jupiter Management!

They don't work for your community to make it better. They work aganst it to make themselves more money... At the expense of the community. Who cares about health risks (Rats), and how our nice our area is (landscapers that do poor work). Who cares if they mow the lawn by the homes at 8am, and do the outside areas in the afternoon. Who cares if they intrude on the customers lives and homes... Jupiter Managment doesn't!

Steve and Jupiter Management only care about themselves. They don't care about their properties thats for sure. I know, I live in one! And it sucks... Because Jupiter Management runs the community.
