Homeaway's company agreement claims that the record could be terminated by telephone.

Named this past year to stop my record with Homeaway when I had offered the company. Was informed that there have been no discounts for that 6 months outstanding that I'd settled. I acknowledged that as their plan.

6 months later they charged my charge card again, for over $300. I named and advised them that I'd terminated 6 months earlier. They stated they hadn't gotten my phone.

They kept saying that I'd have now been informed by mail. I'd offered the emails using the company, because they were officially the brand new homeowners, combined with the site that went using the company... info@... And contactus@...

I told them I'd offered the company 6 months before and had nothing to become marketing. They declined to return my cash despite the fact that the marketing was for that subsequent year on the company I no further possessed as well as for that we had terminated the record.
