Luxury villa in Lucca/Homeaway

Last summer we rented villa La Tana (Lucca/Italy) via Homeaway.information provided by Homeaway proved to be incorrect. We were misled by either the landlord (Masetti) as Homeaway.
We tried to post a review. Masetti denied that we were his cliënts. Homeaway asked us for proof (contract, photo's etc.) We delivered an overweming amount of proof but Homeaway did not respond anymore. On a formal complaint they did not respond.
To everyone: avoid this organisation!!
