When you have enough issues that you experienced, don't proceed below. Property Administration transformed in early 2011 and anything went downhill from there. Listed here is my laundry-list of why this is actually the last-place you need to reside: A/D models are incorrectly preserved and models are improperly protected creating my Summertime electrical bill to exceed $500 attempting to awesome 1000 sqft, plumbing problem triggered flooding and water damage which wasn't fixed, home caught with uneven towing business in DFW to "check" their parking and certainly will not take liability for wayward towing ($340), they'll rent-to any thug with $800 confirmed from the continuous GPD monitoring of the drug retailers next door, finally, they actually charged my 5-year old of producing "numerous" grievances while enjoying within the community and reported him with creating property injury while hiking a pine! Do yourself a benefit and maintain operating.
