Lease Issues

Several problems have arisen very early in my dealings with this company - most of these have already occurred which may limit my legal rights, but not my rights as a consumer:

1. I was "forced" (being in a position of duress due to time contraints) to sign a 2nd lease costing me $600 more over the one-year, after having signed an initial contract (with AWPM signatures) earlier.

2. Property was listed as having "Air Conditioning" (I have a physical copy of the listing active as of 6/6) when in fact it did not. As myself and my wife were doing all this from Kansas City, we relied on listing details.

3. Property was handed over to us in an unsatisfactory condition. This is a matter of opinion, I know, so I will rely on the photo and video documentation and respect a neutral party's opinion.

Note all attempts I made to deal with these issues customer to business were refuted and currently I am speaking with an attorney. I have never taken anyone to court and really don't want to have to go through this! I just want a good customer experience and want to be able to trust AWPM, but I cannot at this time. The company is well aware of the issues, so I will not be including that info, below.
