I outlined my home available with Failla Realty, Inc. After 2 weeks, I didn't market my home to permit the marketplace to enhance. I required Failla Realty, Inc. To get rid of my home record from MLS and other advertising. Administrative cost wasn't mentioned whenever we closed the agreement. There is no administrative cost contained in the agreement. Failla Realty, Inc wishes me to pay for $1119.98 as administrative costs to be able to eliminate my home record from MLS.
