Stole Our Money!

Do not use interlink realty or tatiana mixon they are thieves!!!

We just moved to Palm Coast from Phoenix, AZ. We found a home to rent through Tatiana Mixon at Interlink Realty. The home was $875/month with first month's rent, security deposit ($875) and pet deposit of $200. I filled out the application and when it got accepted I sent the $875 security deposit to Tatiana, at Interlink Realty, to hold the home for 30 days until we got here for a July 1st move in date.

Well, after she received the money from us she said that the last month's rent would now be required. We told her we now had to think about it since we we were told a different price and would get back to her. We looked around more for other homes to rent here and did find one with a better move in fee.

We called Tatiana to tell her we had decided on another home and would like our security/hold deposit back. She told us that it was now past the 72 hour cancellation period and would could not get it back! We never signed anything accept for the application. Since they changed the agreement they should be required to give us the money back.

Tatiana Mixon and Interlink Realty changed the rules by telling us a bigger deposit was required after we sent the initial security/hold money agreed upon and now they won't give us our money!!!

Do not use interlink realty or tatiana mixon they are thieves!!!
