False advertise the amount of their product. Ripoff

Video Professor televised their product would be $6.95 to purchase one tutorial CD. I spoke with a representative. I asked her twice would the $6.95 be the only charge billed to my checking account. The Rep stated yes.

I was shortly billed the $6.95 plus $185 more which caused my checking account to be overdrawn. I called Video Professor and voiced my anger and frustration. The Rep informed me that they would not be able to refund back to my account until they received their CD back. The Rep could not tell me why they over charge me. I told the Rep I needed the money refunded back to my account due to my account was in the negative and they caused many other things to not go through my account such as my rent and my car note. I told the Rep that they took from my account without me consenting to the other charge of $185.

I didnt think it was fair for them to take advantage of my account. Now it will be 45 days before they will refund to my account. I advised consumers to please do not give out their account #'s

Businesses will take advantage of it. Most of
all DO NOT order anything from Video Professor. They will miss lead you and take from you. They false advertise. So PLEASE dont be tempted to order from them.
