We rented a condo at Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club in Naples, Florida, from Golf in Paradise Realty in Bonita Springs, Florida, from March 1 through April 8. Our security deposit of $750 has not been returned. We have tried to reach him by email, phone, and fax and have had no response. Our assumption is that the security deposits were held in escrow. Can you help us get our security deposit back since it appears that they might be out of business?
