Golf in Paradise has stopped doing business at Heritage Oaks Golf as a rental agent for our condominium. They have not paid out do us the last rental and returned our reserve balance. The total owed is $965. ($765 rent, $200 reserve) We have had multiple contacts with Art, but have not been able to secure what we are owed. We do have a owner statement stipulating the amount owed to us as owners of the condominium.
