Exactly what a fraud Independence Mortgage is working!!! I've experienced my house for 4 decades today and not skipped a cost. I refi my house 24 months before and lately began receiving forclosure characters. I named FM to determine that which was happening. They explained my escrow was -3000$ and that I was behind 4000$ on my mortgage. Just how can this be? We determined the issue was they didn't consider enough out for fees after i refinanced... Their error! They accepted the error and also to replace with it-they lifted my mortgage 200$ Today I'm still obtaining forclosure updates for 4000$ Our issue is where's all my funds heading? I'm signed up for bi weekly and so I am really over-paying my montly mortgage. I approached an attorney and he explained this isn't special scenario that it occurs constantly. The misfortunate point is the fact that they are able to continue with forclosure if anything isn't fixed. The attorney offered me choices to cope with FM first to resolve the issue of course if they don't then I'll need to continue with lawsuit. All for spending my Mortgage promptly!!!
