My concern is in the matter of 3 days I received a total of 4 leads that were all invalid. The first complimentary lead I received was a wrong number, which was replaced right away. The three additional leads following were also invalid. The only person I reached said he was not looking to sell or buy. He said he was only trying to obtain information on-line regarding a home equity line of credit. They charged my card $164.00 in the matter of two days after signing up. The last lead they sent me was only 24 hours old and they had already charged my debit card. They did not even give me a chance to call them to tell them it was also a wrong number. The overall picture is this company does not screen their leads they sent Realtors. They just email them to you. I called my account manager assigned, Arissa Punches and she automatically threw the policy in my face and did not give the response I was expecting. I called my bank to dispute the charges and they are in the process of investigating this. Additionally, I called Reply again and left a voice message to the finance department and received an email from Dalita Minassian, Manager of Client Services and she emailed me stating she was also looking into this and would contact me that same day, which she never did. Up to date, I relpied to Ms. Minassian's email and explained my situation and mentioned to her I visited the Better Business Bureau's website and noticed they had 251 complaints filled against them in the last three years and 104 cases closed in the last 12 months. I am asking for a full refund. I am contacting the BBB if they cannot resolve this matte
