Been Scammed!

My partner and that I bought a device in 2006! We were informed the waterpark might mattress created the following year. It's today 2011!! BUT STILL no waterpark! I delivered a professional notice informing them that people might no further be making funds towards the resort or spend anymore maintance costs. I received a phone from the repetition. Called Eric telling me we shall not receive a reimbursement of any sort. And said we were breaking our agreement! Well we have the same about them with all theur damaged spoken and published guarantees. He also stated that they'd consider appropriate action against us. We really cant afford an attorney. Is there any help there from this terrible! Resting! Fraudulent business?
