We also purchased in I think... Same sales pitch... Waterpark... Never happened. There are NO amenities on site. We talked to them in person... They claim that the recession hit them hard. Couldn't do any more construction. I find it intersting that from I have read, they never even had water rights or a building permit for the proposed waterpark... They won't even discuss that waterpark anymore. There is a class action suite being filed. Does anyone have any details on that suite?
