I had a FREE in home consultant from this company for my new home windows last Saturday. The guy name Marcus came and did measurement and gave an reasonable price. However, since I was still doing blinds shopping, I told him I had several other companies coming over and I would surely give him call back depends on my decision. Therefore, I had couple other blinds companies, of course with FREE in home consultant got different prices and was in process of making decision.

Then, this morning I got a call from Marcus stating that I was just using and abusing his service because I didn't call him back! Alright, I'm sorry for not calling you back but was it necessary for me to do that? Was that an obligation or duty for me to call him since I am the CUSTOMER? I was upset and angry and surprised by this companies attitude and action towards his customer. I wonder if he treat his customer the same way he has done to me. Very unprofessional company "using and abusing service?" He need to take out "FREE IN HOME CONSALTANT" phrase out of his website right now!
