Stay Away from this business

The previous complaint is exactly what I experienced. You place an order, are told an expected delivery date, and then you find yourself unable to communicate with the business and without your expected merchandise. This game goes on for months. Fortunately, my credit card company investigated and credited my money back to me. I then ordered my merchandise from FloorOne.com and received the order in one week with excellent customer service. There are honest merchants out there, but Reason Floors (High Fashion Floors) is not one of them.
