I got a good salesman. I got a good price on carpet and flooring for my whole house. The company sub-contracts all of their business and does not honor their warenties. The carpet installers did over $2,000 worth of damage to my antique furniture and urinated all over my bathroom. No carpet threshholds were installed. They sent a man to fix my furniture. It was a joke. I refused to pay for the work until all of this was resolved. They went through 4 supervisores in 8 months and totally destroyed my credit. Since the loan was through GM money bank I had to pay the note. The issues were never resolved and they stopped taking my calls. I filed a complaint with the BBB an state regulations commissioner.
