Illed for service, but no service given. Scam

Approached by consultant from nationwide timeshare mgmt. With present to market timeshare, cash-back guarantee if no-sale. This is exactly what offered me, once we've been burned by attempting to sell timeshares previously. But an assurance that it'd market in 120 times seems great. As well as the value they stated we would receive was nicely significantly more than we were prepared to be satisfied with, therefore offered them creditcardnumber and was charged 1,500 bucks. Since that time, the guaranteed agreement hasn't appeared, was said to be fed ex'd the next evening. It is today more than 3 months, no-contact in the organization. Called them many times, furthermore published for them via their site, no reaction. They charged the charge card, but have not were able to do other things. Very disappointed. Seems like we have been cheated.
