Horrible customer service

The usual leasing manager is out on maternity leave. The 2 they have running the office while she is out have no idea how to relate to people and are extremely rude and not helpful. Not to mention that you can never get a hold of anyone in the office-if they even bother to show up during scheduled hours they are too busy talking on their cell phones to even notice you walked in the door. Whomever hired these 2 clearly had no idea what to look for in an employee. If you are looking to rent here wait until the usual leasing manager is back or contact the maintenance crew-you’ll have better luck with them. At least they are friendly and know what’s going on.
