JOKE of Apartments in Coppell

We have lived at at the Riverchase apts for 3 yrs, every year it gets extremely worse. Like clock work, every 3 months (YES 3 MONTHS) the water goes off for at least 8 hrs or more, no showers, no toilet flushing, no nothing... (hope you don't have company during that time) for the rent here, it is outrageous to not have running water at all times. Everything is done half a* by the leasing office. Alot of band aid work and no real fixing of anything in apts. They act like they are doing you some favor in doing the job they get PAID to do. They never look professional and act very condescending.

Several vehicles have been stolen from the "gated apartments" I went to the leasing office one morning to tell them that our neighbors vehicle had been stolen over night, they told me so did 2 other cars! -

The property also has nothing but illegal immigrants working as there Maintenance Crew and Cleaning crew. So whats that mean, they have the keys to all the apts and can enter at anytime. No thanks. Also when we FINALLY were able to move out, did we get our deposit back? What do you think? And I am not exaggerating when I say I am a neat freak.

Our apt was immaculate when we left from top to bottom. No stains no nothing, so we thought for sure we would get our deposit ($200.0) back.instead we recieved a letter in the mail saying we OWED $70.0 - no $200.00 back. What a JOKE!

So I tried looking up the Property Management of the Riverchase, they are conventally located in HONG KONG and the only other number I could get located in TX was 972-702-0800. And no answers there ever, left several message w/no return call. The leasing woman at the apartments said their Property owners name was Glorious Sun In short this place has gone to hell and I would NEVER recommend it! Do your self a favor and keep looking.
