NSF Check Fee

I was refunded my deposit after vacating the apartment I resided in. I deposited the refund check and it was returned by my bank for insufficient funds. I was charged $10 as well as a couple of overdraft fees becuase I thought the funds were/should be available. I supplied them with many documents, statements and copy of the NSF check. They have never once reached out back to me to confirm they will refund or if they had all the documents they needed. I have been consistantly contacting them and even showed up in their office to get any acknowledgement. They still have not paid me for the fees assessed.
