This company epitomizes the WORST of what's wrong with Service Providers for the Real Estate Industry today.

They provide little to NO real assistance or support and expect you to just learn through trial & error or osmosis. They forget that people actually have to work for a living and that any productive agent isn't going to have hours upon hours to become a technical expert on how to use their product.

Well... Actually they do realize that... And after sucking you in with a web hosting agreement that's still more expensive than better services, they "offer" you a service to design and optomize your website that costs 2x what the hosting fee is. Then they cannot even do that properly without you having to constantly call and remind them week after week that you are paying for them to do SOMETHING they still haven't done.

All they care about is getting yoru CC so they can surrepticiously bill you for things even after you cancel the service.
