Cont, ract expiration and they refuse to refund my deposit

To: Whom My Concern. My name is wilfredo rosario i open a bidding contract whit protect america for a 3 yrs agrement and it will expaire 0n 3/11 and i dit not read the agrement becouse they explain to me over the phone 3yrs contract 34.95 monthly and 200 dollar deposit wich i will get it after 3 yrs i call on 03/01 to found out how to cancel the contract and the i dont need to renue and when they told me the i was not goint to get my refund and the they extended the contract another yrs with out my concent. I got verry ungry and mad hip compolse i say some thing the i surence say to the person the answer the phone they tryng to get more money out of me i ask why they extended contract when the other contract andthe reason for my call was to terminated the agrement and also they say another reason for not getting refund becouse i was late to and i told the person the that payment come out of my account every month so how can i be late i feel real bad and sick thingking about this company taking people money but when is time to refund they find a thousand of reason to not give people money
