Refuses to stop taking my money after my contract is fullfilled

I completed a 3 year contract with them. They continued to take my monthly payment out of my account. I called and they said " you didnt check the box on the contract that said you didnt want us to bill you monthly after your contract was over". The so called "box" was never mentioned to us when we signed up. The sales woman told us about each section of the contract but overlooked "the box". She turned the contract around and had me sign. Pretty deceptive I believe. They took 2 payments out of my account before I realized it. When I made my last payment, which was in person, I even said to the girl, "this is my last payment right? YES, she said". That was in August. After I told the person on the phone about money still being taken out of my account I told them again that I wanted to cancel. Well another payment came out. My bank said to close my account, which I did. Was that the end of them? NO! They took 3 more payments out of my friends account (she was my co-signer). I called again... Now its you need to fax or E-mail us and let us know you want to cancel. But guess what? It takes 1 month to cancel after the E-mail so that means another payment. Please tell everyone that you know to stay away from this RIP OFF PLACE. Thats lady of america fitness center. Better business bureau is next...
