We joined a reimbursement agrmt with CitiMortgage in September to create 12 inflated funds of $555 beginning in September and closing in July. We created every cost early. Whenever we finished final cost, Citi stated we still owed more about the reimbursement. We offered our evidence & the runaround started. Their documents were wrong & they nevertheless have not set them. Furthermore, 8 weeks in to the reimbursement strategy, Citi's lawyers filed fit for foreclosure! On Oct. 19, my spouse seemed in courtroom alone, offered our evidence that people were in conformity, and also the judge present in our benefit; Citi was requested to pay for all lawyers' charges and court fees. The next evening, Citi started shifting cash around within our consideration - attempting to conceal the lawyers' costs.
