$100 For A Refrence, Which Was On A Free Newspape

Me and my aunt went to a real estate called "Singature Properties." I do not know what happened exactly, but I know enought. This man named "Frank A. Torris, " told my anut he had found some apartments that were in her budget, and that she can go there now. He said that only he had the cell phone number to contact the owner. She would not have any other competition from anyone else, and that the apartment will be hers if she wished. He asked for $100 first, in return for two cell phone numbers. The first was supposiably supposably a man who was at work, and to contact him after 5:00 PM, the other he did not explain. After we left, and it came to 5:00 PM that day, we called the first "owne" and we got no response. Even after 7:00, the phone was stll off, and we only got asked if we wanted to leave a message. The second one, actually worked. When we went to see the second apartment that same day, 2 other people were wating for the owne to show up. This means that the apartment "Frank" gave us weren't just known by him. After a couple of questions, we found out the couple found out about the same exact apartment, not from a real estate, but from a local free newspaper. The same number, the same apartment, we paid $100 for information that we could have gotten in a free newspaper. The first number is probably his own number, which he keeps off. Im sure he has already done this to other people, and I found that the whole "Signature Properties" real estate is one big scam itself.
